The suspect in the kidnapping and killing of 8-year-old Brooklyn boy Leiby Kletzky is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.
Levi Aron has pleaded not guilty to murder charges. He allegedly abducted the boy in Borough Park as he was walking to meet his mother after day camp. Parts of the boy's body were later found in Aron's home.
Aron was undergoing a psychiatric evaluation to determine whether he was fit for trial after he told his attorney he heard voices. He was also placed on suicide watch.
