So here's the thing. Grover Norquist is a nice guy, a nice guy I vehemently disagree with, but still, he's a nice guy, and he's funny. Several years ago I did a standup comedy show for charity in Washington, DC. Grover Norquist was on the lineup.

He told some pretty good jokes for a guy bent on destroying the federal government's ability to be a federal government, and I've had a reluctant respect for the founder of Americans For Tax Reform ever since. So at the RNC I reached out to interview him, I asked him what five words he wanted to hear Mitt Romney say in his nomination acceptance speech. Two of his five words: tax reform.
