Arresting Campaign Imagery

A couple of flyers in Jackson Heights are using images of candidate Hiram Monserrate when he was arrested in 2008 after breaking a glass - accidentally, he says - across his girlfriend's face. Here's another flyer.
Monserrate was a State Senator but was removed from office. He's now running for an Assembly seat in the area, but faces a single opponent, Francisco Moya, whom the Democratic establishment has united behind.
