NYC Goes to Court to Get Info From State Department
Friday, October 15, 2010 - 03:10 PM
New York City is going to court in order to get information from the federal government.
On November 2, 2009, the city requested information about the taxes foreign governments have paid on property they own here. After some follow up, City Hall stopped getting answers.
Now, they're in court. It's worth noting that the person running the State Department is Hillary Clinton, New York's former junior senator.
