Schumer: No to DSCC, Yes to agenda-driving

Despite begin asked by "Leader Reid and many of my colleagues,"Schumer says he doesn't want to lead the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee.
Instead, Schumer says he can "better serve our country, our state and our party by focusing on issues and getting us to refocus on the middle class."
The clamoring for Schumer's return to the DSCC has hit a fairly high volume.
