We've been keeping an eye out for the official beginning of the renovation of the Brooklyn Bridge, and we received this email this week in response to a query about where things stood. “Our Notice to Proceed was given January 21st, but we have done only surveying and mobilization since then. The contractor is submitting a proposed baseline schedule, that DOT will review and comment on.”
