Photo Festival Unites Pros and Amateurs

by Andrea Silenzi

NEW YORK, NY May 18, 2008 —The New York Photo Festival is underway in Dumbo. Curators from around the world are presenting their ideas regarding the newest and most important trends in contemporary photography, each exhibited in their own pavilion. Andrea Silenzi stopped by as the show was going up, and she found that the festival brings together the work of professionals, amateurs and people who don't care to define themselves at all.
