February is one of the thinnest months in the movie release schedule, but it’s also a golden time for movie trailers, as the studios try to drum up interest for the big budget movies to come in the summer.

“I get really excited when I see a great trailer,” said Kristen Meinzer, co-host of The Takeaway’s Movie Date podcast. “They are their own art form. The problem is sometimes the trailers are so much better than the movies.”
