President Obama is marking the one-year anniversary of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. In a White House report released last night Vice President Joe Biden says the federal stimulus project has so far created or saved 2 million jobs, while some $453 billion have gone out the door. WNYC's Andrea Bernstein joins host Soterios Johnson on how the stimulus has been working in the New York region.
