NJ Tea-Party Activists Seek Menendez Recall

Tea Party activists are trying to flex some muscle in New Jersey, with a push to throw Sen. Robert Menendez out of office.
Members of the Tea Party movement have sued in state Superior Court, asking to be allowed to start collecting the 1.3 million voter signatures it needs to get a recall on the ballot.
The Sussex County group takes issue with Menendez's support of health-care reform and what they see as his opposition to limiting government power.
A lawyer for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee says there is no right to recall Congressmen or Senators under the Constitution.
