One of the hottest points in the health care debate is whether and how to save money at the end of life. Dr. Hannah Wunsch, department of Anesthesiology at Columbia, discusses her new report in the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine comparing the performance of intensive care units in the US and in England.
