Tribeca isn't just hosting a film festival -- it's starring in it. This year's event features a handful of films that highlight the downtown neighborhood itself. "Blank City" by the French filmmaker Celine Danhier documents the avant guard arts community that thrived in Tribeca in the 1970s and 80s.
