New Billboard Monitors Greenhouse Gases

New York, NY –
New Yorkers and visitors will be able to monitor greeenhouse gasses, thanks to a giant billboard. A widget also will be provided to Web sites and blogs around the world.
The 70-foot-high billboard is outside Madison Square Garden and Penn Station.
It features a carbon counter.
