RNC Head Vows to Build Relationship with NAACP

Speaking this morning, Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele said the GOP and the NAACP have missed opportunities to engage with each other in the past.
Steele is the first African-American head of the RNC. He says he's committed to building a relationship between the two groups.
The NAACP is celebrating its 100th anniversary this week. President Obama is scheduled to speak to the convention on Thursday.
