A Closer look at Governor Paterson's Budget Proposal

For the third time this year, a rapidly deteriorating economy has forced Governor Paterson to propose cuts to the current state budget. The latest round targets $2 billion dollars in cuts, much of it based on reduced spending for local schools and Medicaid. With us now to talk all-things-state-budget s WNYC's Bob Hennelly.
