In Surprise Turn, Bruno Won't Seek Re-election

One of the "three men in a room" who run Albany won't be running for re-election. Joseph Bruno, the state's senate majority leader and the state's highest-ranking Republican made the announcement yesterday, surprising many in the state capitol. And joining us now to talk about what it might mean is the Daily News's Liz Benjamin.
