Protesters Rally Against Alleged Doll Head on Cop Car

Elected officials and community leaders in Harlem say they don't trust the police to conduct an investigation into how the head of a black doll ended up on the antenna of a police car on Tuesday.
Commissioner Ray Kelly says NYPD investigators are continuing to look for who might have placed the doll's head on the unmarked vehicle. And he says he thinks it's possible that officers might not have noticed it. But New York NAACP President Hazel Dukes says that's hard to believe:
DUKES: How in the world can you tell me a detective can get in that car and say they don't see it and then drive around? so we want an investigation.
REPORTER: Dukes, state Senator Bill Perkins and others gathered last night to call for a formal investigation - possibly by the Manhattan D.A. - and for a public apology.
