Could huge offshore wind farms really be the answer to meeting New York City’s growing demand for energy? Mayor Michael Bloomberg raised that possibility yesterday at a clean energy conference in Las Vegas, which was hosted by Sen. Harry Reid. WNYC’s Ilya Marritz joins explains what it’s all about.
