Former City Police Commissioner Arraigned on 16 Federal Corruption Charges

Bernard Kerik pleaded not guilty to charges that include tax fraud, receiving gifts from a company seeking city contracts while he was a public official, and lying to the White House during his failed bid to become Homeland Security chief.
