Steve Ben Israel and his son Baba Israel represent two generations of rhythm and rhyme. Steve’s roots lie in jazz, stand up comedy, and the politically charged work of the Living Theatre. Baba is active in hip-hop, poetry and arts education. Recently, they’ve been on the road together. Jocelyn Gonzalez has the story.
