Inner City Oceans is an aquaculture company started by a scientist and a lawyer in The Bronx. It operates a fish farm in the basement of an industrial building in the South Bronx, just a stone's throw from the East River. The company raisies tilapia, an African freshwater fish. Jon Kalish visited the farm and prepared this report.
