EMS Workers Continue to Help at WTC Site

The city's fire and police departments suffered the biggest losses in uniformed service members on September 11th. But eight Emergency Medical Service workers were also among the missing, and nearly ninety more were injured. As WNYC’s Beth Fertig reports, many EMS workers have been returning to the site of the World Trade Center in an effort to help, and make some sense of the tragedy.
