The Winner will face Republican nominee Michael Bloomberg. New York City is a heavily Democratic area and many believe that tomorrow's winner will be the odds will be the odds on favorite to win in November. As the events of Septmeber 11th prove very little in the city is going according to plan. From member station WNYC, Andrea Bernstein reports.
