Next month the Bush Administration will decide whether to order them to dredge the river bottom - or to leave about 200-thousand pounds of the toxins there. But WNYC has learned that some residents around the Upper Hudson have been living for decades with high levels of PCBs in the soil around their homes. In the first of a 3-part series, WNYC's Andrea Bernstein says many residents are wondering if those PCBs have made them sick.
