Every American household has to make an accounting with Uncle Sam on tax day. Since the Federal income tax was first imposed in 1913 globalization has made it possible for individuals and corporations to reduce their taxes while increasing their worth by investing around the world.
WNYC's Bob Hennelly reports on keeping Uncle Sam's tax code relevant in the era of globalization.
