Longtime Democratic Congressmen Bill Pascrell and Steve Rothman will face off in their second debate at Montclair University on Monday night.
Rothman and Pascrell are vying in the June 5 Democratic primary for the 9th Congressional House seat, which represents portions of Bergen, Passaic and Hudson counties.
The rare primary contest between two incumbents was set into motion when redistricting forced the elimination of one of the state's 13 House seats.
The pair traded barbs typically reserved for Republican rivals during their first debate last week.
The debate will be broadcast live on New Jersey Public Radio and WNYC.org at 8 p.m.
