Join star chanteuse Ute Lemper, as she takes us on a musical tour of cabaret — from the classic songs of Kurt Weill and Berthold Brecht to a roundup of her favorite international artists. We hear rare samples from Ute's personal collection, as well as her own recordings and related audio materials.

Relive the exciting opening program of this year's Mostly Mozart Festival, hosted by Terrance McKnight and Fred Child. MMF Artistic Director Louis Langrée conducts Mozart's Symphony No. 40, paired with a rare chamber version of Mahler's "Das Lied von der Erde" (The Song of the Earth), arranged in part by Arnold Schoenberg for strings, winds, piano, percussion and harmonium.

In this program, the Y's string quartet-in-residence performs music by Haydn, plus a rarely-heard septet by German composer Hanns Eisler, drawn from his own music for a Charlie Chaplin film.

This concert features the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra in another world premiere: Christopher Theofanidis' "Muse," written as a modern companion piece for Bach's "Brandenburg" Concerto No. 3. We also hear the Brandenburg itself, and pianist Christian Zacharias in Robert Schumann's Piano Concerto.

John Schaefer and Terrance McKnight co-host this concert from Avery Fisher Hall, featuring "Ácana," an exciting new work by Tania León. Also heard are Aaron Copland's "Latin American Sketches," Ernest Chausson's "Poème de l'Amour et de la Mer" (Poem of Love and the Sea) with Dame Felicity Lott, and George Bizet's Symphony in C Major.

In this program, music for winds by Dvořák, Poulenc and Debussy is performed by an international cast: members of the Ensemble Wien-Berlin, French pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet, a member of the Nash Ensemble from London, and musicians from the New York Philharmonic.
