Not only did Bain Capital lose a lot of jobs, the typical M.O. of a corporate take over operation, would load down their target taken over corporations with debt so the Bain types could pocket a big cash dividend, and after release by the Bain types, drive the targets into Bankruptcy ultimately. Result: fewer jobs and fewer tax receipts.
