Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) has long talked about how his parents' experience of immigrating from Cuba to the United States has helped shape his politics. He recently told that story on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. What caught our ear the most, though, was Stewart's question about the impact of personal experience - particularly the way in which conservatives view government services. Here's the heart of Stewart's question, which was, actually, closer to a statement:
