"Oval Above" Wording Dictated By State Law

But not, it seems, placement of the oval itself.

Thursday, October 21, 2010

This is a copy of New York State Bill A11354, which changed the law to allow for fill-in ovals and squares (instead of checkmarks and X's) on paper ballots. We've highlighted the section that dictates how ballot instructions must be written.

obviously the one who design the ballot sheets didn't read the brief, ie the requirement for a ballot sheet thats found in the state law.
Typical.

Hear's a thought, I think every campaign's coffer should set aside a percentage to the voting department for funding into getting the right and intelligent people to write up ballot sheets and designing ballot sheets and having a unifying system...

I find it increasingly probably that one day the UN will be asked to come in to observe elections fraud and inconsistencies.
