Former NY Comptroller Hevesi Pleads Guilty

Former state Comptroller Alan Hevesi is in New York City Criminal Court this morning and has plead guilty to a felony corruption charge. Hevesi stated "I gave preferential treatment, in violation of my fiduciary [responsibility]" as sole trustee of the New York State pension fund.
