Jimmy McMillan's Middle Class and "Po Folk" Thanksgiving

Jimmy McMillan ran an unsuccessful campaign for governor of New York in the 2010 election. He is the founder of the Rent is 2 Damn High Party.
Mr. McMillan was gracious enough to offer not just a recipe, but an entire menu for two possible Thanksgiving meals. Whether you decide to have a Middle Class or a "Po Folk" Turkey Day, dine with the confidence that these dishes have Jimmy McMillan's blessing.
Middle Class Thanksgiving
Meal:
Turkey with stuffing
Homemade corn "corny" bread
Candied Yams
Macaroni and Cheese
Collard Greens
Cranberry Sauce
Drinks:
Pepsi or Coke
Dessert:
Peach cobbler
Banana pudding
"Po Folk" Thanksgiving
Meal
"Monkey Bread" — 1 cup of Flour, 1/2 cup shortening, 1 egg & 1 tablespoon of baking soda. Mixed in a pan with peanut butter and jelly and one banana. Put in oven at 365 degrees for 20 minutes. Yuummmm!
...or...
Mayonnaise and Jelly on White Bread. Yuummmm!
Drinks:
Sugarwater (water and sugar)
Dessert:
One whole grapefruit (washed) with peels included, honey and one egg blended to liquify and chilled for one hour in refrigerator. Yuummmmmy!
