Hello there, just become alert to your blog thru

Y'know, I love George Clooney as much as the next person, but Gary Oldman deserves this year's Best Actor Oscar. His Smiley was absolutely perfect, subtle, restrained, heartbreaking.
The Swedish director Bjornson Mundsdottir-Gunderson's endearing portrait of potato pickers in Norway,
"Laardunz Haaf Gund Gund Mundfft" or "Time to Pick the Potatoes, for they Ripen" should take best foreign picture.
If that doesn't win, look for Yang Chul Soo's "Abhorrent Urban Cop Unit 2" to walk off with a statue. It's a gritty police procedural about a group of rogue officers in Seoul who beat drivers with steamed squid during routine traffic stops. Truly groundbreaking cinema that should be recognized by a wider audience.
Utter mediocrity this year. The Separation was the best of them all.
The Artist should sweep. It is brilliant.
Cinematography to the Artist
