Please note, McCarren Park seems to have gotten misplaces. It is in Greenpoint....
Helpful if you want to find an event by location without regard to its date. For me the location is the last consideration. If I want to find entertainment, finding one by date comes first.
Unfortunately on this page if you want to find an event by date you have to open every link one by one: quite a time consuming task.
I think the Intrepid is misplaced on the map. The Intrepid is at 46th Street and 12th Avenue. 150 12th Avenue is correct, but it's not at 24th Street.

What fun! Haven't been to an outdoor movie in years. The idea of a picnic with one of my buddies, sounds delicious, and with all the great take out places in the city, I don't even have to cook. Thanks Erica for your delightful column and all the good tips on how to enjoy this wonderful town.
