Dear Marketplace,
My bank charges me a fee of $12.00/mo. if I do not keep a min balance of $1500.00 in my checking a/c.
If I maintain a min balance of $500.00 in a savings a/c (which I do not have) they will waive the fee regardless of the balance in my checking a/c.
The banks in this case are holding poor middle class working people to ransom.
My question is this...
How can I challange this fee without incurring legal expenses.
It is my opinion that this fee hurts people who can lest afford it and who do not have the resources to challange it.
Best regards,
Ciaran Tully
