Dean Cappello is the Chief Content Officer and Senior Vice President of Programming at WNYC/New York Public Radio. He is the chief executive responsible for the production and development of local, national, broadcast, online, mobile, and live event content for WNYC-FM, WNYC-AM, New Jersey Public Radio and wnyc.org. Cappello has led WNYC’s content and programming division through a period of dramatic audience growth and creative success.
Thomas Hjelm is Vice President of Business Development and Chief Digital Officer at New York Public Radio (NYPR). Hjelm is responsible for cultivating strategic business opportunities that support the organization’s growth across all media platforms and for guiding digital strategy, innovation and operations for its properties.
Margaret Hunt is Vice President of Development at New York Public Radio. Hunt oversees all fundraising initiatives that support the organization’s operations, programming and aggressive growth plans. In addition to setting the fundraising strategy, Hunt oversees the day-to-day operations of New York Public Radio’s membership program, patron programs, major gifts, planned giving, government fundraising, foundation fundraising and special fundraising events.
Noreen O’Loughlin serves as the Vice President of Integrated Marketing at New York Public Radio and the General Manager of The Jerome L. Greene Performance Space. As the head of integrated marketing, O’Loughlin sets the strategy and oversees branding, marketing, public relations, audience development, community affairs and underwriting efforts that support all the programming produced by New York Public Radio.
Graham Parker is the General Manager and Vice President of WQXR, the most listened to classical station in the country and New York’s only all-classical station. WQXR was acquired by New York Public Radio in 2009 and quickly established itself as an essential part of the New York Public Radio family of brands. Over the past two years, Parker has overseen and implemented an ambitious growth plan that puts WQXR front and center in New York’s thriving classical music scene.
Michele Rusnak is Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance, Administration and Business Affairs at New York Public Radio. Rusnak is responsible for the overall financial stewardship of the nonprofit multimedia company. This includes the management of operating budgets for all brands and productions, as well as organization-wide financial reporting, financial planning and asset management.
