Board of Trustees

A 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, WNYC Radio is governed by an independent Board of Trustees that meets regularly throughout the year. There are currently 36 WNYC Trustees, headed by Chairman Nicki Newman Tanner. Board of Trustees meetings are open to the public.

Next Meeting

The next WNYC Board of Trustees meeting will be on Thursday, April 24 at 3 PM at The Boston Consulting Group, 430 Park Avenue. Open to the public.

Please note: WNYC Board of Trustees meetings may move into Executive Session and be closed to the public to consider matters relating to individual employees, proprietary information, litigation and other matters requiring the confidential advice of counsel, commercial or financial information obtained from a person on a privileged or confidential basis, or the purchase of property or services whenever the premature exposure of such purchase would compromise the business interests of any such organization.
